
We are all navigating a path through life, some days are easier than others and at times we all need to access some kind of support, someone to simply listen. At times life stressors can feel overwhelming and we may benefit from accessing professional and neutral support. We may find ourselves experiencing psychological distress and experience symptoms such as anger (short fuse), low mood (depressive symptoms) as well as anxiety related symptoms. My practice offers a safe and neutral space where you have an opportunity to share your concerns and find strategies to manage them as well as find purpose and meaning once again.
